01. What we collect

When you send a driver inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home state, commercial driving experience, any message you choose to include, and your consent to be contacted about the inquiry. We also record the inquiry time and a reference for the submission.

This form is an introduction, not a full employment application. Do not send Social Security numbers, license numbers, financial information or copies of identity documents through it.

Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and protect the website. The inquiry service uses a private keyed identifier derived from the client address for rate limiting, rather than storing the raw address with an inquiry.

02. How we use it

RMG uses your submitted details to review your inquiry and contact you about possible next steps. Sending a form does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an available position.

The website confirms receipt only after the inquiry service accepts your submission. It does not send automatic confirmation emails or automatic email notifications to RMG.

If you email Gregory, your email and its contents are also handled by the email services involved in delivering and receiving that message.

03. Storage and access

Driver inquiries are stored in a private database on the website’s server. They are not published on this website. Access is restricted to authorized people supporting RMG and the service. Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

We use access controls and secure connections to protect submitted information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact Gregory if you believe information has been submitted incorrectly or exposed.

RMG retains inquiry information while it is needed to handle the inquiry, support related business needs or meet applicable obligations. You can ask Gregory about the information held for your inquiry and request correction or deletion.

This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, externally hosted fonts or marketing cookies.

04. Your choices

You can choose whether to submit an inquiry and whether to include an optional message. The form requires permission for RMG to contact you about that inquiry. You may contact Gregory to withdraw that permission, correct your details, ask for deletion or raise a privacy question.

Please send only enough information to identify your inquiry. Do not include sensitive identification documents in a privacy request unless Gregory has explained why they are needed and how to provide them.
